Hi. I'm a word-obsessed person living in Brooklyn and working in Manhattan. I currently manage a team of UX writers at Spotify, and previously wrote for Vimeo and Foursquare.
I've spent nearly 10 years writing words for the web, and love making robots sound human. Tactically speaking, I specialize in brand messaging and communications, web and app UI copy, content strategy and marketing, editorial strategy, and essentially anything involving the written word.
After escaping from Kansas, I received my B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Middlebury College and attended the Bread Loaf Writers Conference. I've written words for web-and-tech-type things ever since. My non-professional life consists of a healthy mixture of fiction reading, story writing, music listening, experimental baking, and an incessant (but still totally healthy?) hunt for more hobbies.
